Printing Process
You will
have the opportunity to review all artwork first! All
custom promotional materials orders include artwork, typesetting and
full color proofs via email prior to production. Your
proofs may also be sent in black & white via fax, if you prefer.

.jpg
and other non-scalable (resizable) files do not constitute
artwork. Such files have to be opened and rescanned and often re-drawn and
or modified. The type fonts do not transfer and type must be reset. This
takes time an energy.
Adobe Illustrator files and other .eps files are acceptable as either
camera ready artwork or camera ready elements for the artwork (sometimes we
add copy or wording above or below a logo.)
Proofing - All artwork for all orders require a signed proof approval,
with only one exception; rush orders where the client has specifically
waived proof approval.
Proofs can be faxed or sent via email. Email proofs are generally
.pdf or
proofs. These are full color. This type of color proof is not 100% color accurate, since different
computer screens show colors differently.
Proofing can delay your order. Production schedules and ship dates are
based on the time that proofs are approved. Proofs must be
responded to quickly. Remember "Your order is on hold" until we receive
proof approval.
