NOTE: Use of one neon color on white or yellow is not recommended because there is insufficient contrast between neon colors and the material. Neon colors will begin to fade, if subjected to prolonged exposure to strong sunlight.

5. Art Work Submission Format:
All art is proofed via black and white fax or color .pdf or high resolution file prior to producing your order. You will have the opportunity to make changes and adjustments prior to your order being printed.
