244-8124 to notify customer service and receive a RA Number (return authorization number). They will then supply you with correct return address or, if it is our fault, will arrange for your order to be picked up at our cost. We are happy to arrange exchanges or refunds for returned merchandise. Without fault, refunds are for the cost of the goods, but not shipping. All returns must be made within 5 working days of receipt. Items marked final sale may not be returned. Only stock items can return, not custom items.

2-3 days, so we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled before it ships. If the order has already shipped, but you have not yet received it, please arrange for the order to be returned or rejected for delivery with customer service
